Covid 19 has modified the many ways in which we function but as ever our spirit and zeal is high to put through the best for all our stakeholders. K. J. Somaiya College of Physiotherapy has focus on its aim to establish high level standards along with creativity and growth in all individuals, for the benefit of society. As a precautionary measure in the wake of the COVID-19 global pandemic, all MPT, Regular batch BPT and Winter batch BPT  lectures/ seminars are being conducted  online to safeguard the health and welfare of the students, faculty and staff till further notice. Robust IT infrastructure and constant back hand support from the IT department has made online learning programs smooth and reachable to all.

Our students are equipped with Somaiya domain email id and access to digital tools enabling them to interact remotely. Digital classes on Google classroom and online video lectures have helped in uninterrupted learning process for all our students. Faculty members have been trained and are investing time in constantly updating to be well versed in using Google classroom along with other ICT tools during their online teaching. This has helped students to explore various aspects like use of new software, optimize their study time, interact with alumni, attend webinars and seminars while at home.

Attending online lectures, online assignment submission and giving online examinations as pre the MUHS guidelines have turned the study corners of their rooms into classrooms. Though lockdown has temporarily set us apart, digital technology has kept us together even stronger. We all together are learning to learn more and more each day!
